I agree to the Mustangs player contract and to pay the monthly dues for each month my Player is listed on the team roster. Family will inform the Mustangs Program at PlacentiaMustangs@gmail.com for any update to remove such player from the roster to stop the monthly contracted payments. Dues payment months for each team are noted on the program website for each team. Spring: Feb, Mar, Apr, May, June and July. Fall: Sept, Oct & Nov.
